Machine Design

The picture shown is a special purpose Multi-slide machine designed by Wireform engineers, to develop special springs. We have our own team of machine tool design engineers who design specialized machines for mass production. We are capable of designing simple machines using pneumatics, hydraulics or mechanical systems.

Wireform will now be building a special department for simple machine tool designs for mass production and will begin to manufacture these machines for internal use. We also design jigs, fixtures, and other hand tools, pneumatic tools, and mechanical tools for use in assembly of products. Our dedicaed engineers in our Machine tool section have more than 20 years experience in metal manufacturing and have the ability to design versatile machines, for simple and complex parts with semi automated or fully automated production techniques.
